Damaged Parcel

What happens if the parcel is damaged or has been opened / mistreated?

With DHL, you will have to contact the courier not later than 2 days after the delivery and open an investigation file. The courier will conduct the necessary investigations concerning the damaged parcel. They will then provide you with a report that you can send back to us with the product. Upon the receipt of the product we will either reship your order or offer you a full refund. For opened or damaged DPD deliveries, DO NOT sign for or accept the parcel and instruct the driver to return the parcel to us.
